Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: 26th March 2026
Welcome to Joint Property Sale. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our consultancy services or digital guides.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Joint Property Sale if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Nature of Service: Support for Self-Representation
Joint Property Sale provides specialist support services for co-owners who wish to act as Litigants in Person. Our mission is to empower you with the clarity and tools to manage your own court application.
- What We Provide: Our services – including Strategy Session, Case Reviews, and Application Prep – are designed to offer practical guidance and administrative support. We help you organise your facts and prepare your documents for your own submission to the court.
- Legal Status: We are not a regulated law firm and do not provide “reserved legal activities” (such as conducting litigation on your behalf or representing you in court).
- No Solicitor-Client Relationship: Using our website or booking a service does not create a solicitor-client relationship. Our content and support should be treated as specialist legal information and practical assistance, not formal legal advice.
- Professional Recommendation: Our services are highly effective for standard self-representation. However, for exceptionally complex, high-value, or heavily contested cases, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified solicitor on an ad-hoc basis to supplement our practical support.
- Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Joint Property Sale owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. You may view and/or print pages for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms:
- You must not republish, sell, or rent material from this site.
- You must not reproduce or duplicate our digital guides for commercial gain.
- Consultancy Services and Payments
If you purchase a guide or consultancy service:
- Fees: All prices are as stated on the website at the time of purchase.
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our guides, refunds are only issued in accordance with UK Consumer Rights if the product is faulty or significantly not as described.
- Service Delivery: We aim to deliver digital products immediately and consultancy services within the timeframe agreed upon booking.
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and its use.
- We will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from your reliance on the information provided on this site.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall be limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
